Kundalini yoga expert Polly Standeven delivers the sacred science of kundalini yoga in this 12-week journey through 27 video lessons and 12 kundalini group coaching calls.


Who's it for?

How does it work?

The course is built on three main elements:

1. The lessons: There are 27 video lessons created by Polly that are posted on Mondays. You will receive 1-3 easily digestible videos that come in the form of talks, practices and techniques.

2. The self discovery: These are questions about you, your work, your goals. The prompts are an opportunity to practice each lesson and level up your understanding by reflection. 


3. The conversations: The heart of this course comes from connecting with your community via a WhatsApp group and our famous coffee mornings.

It comes when you support each other on this journey. You can expect a significant level of helpful feedback and the more you contribute, the more you will grow.

What is the time commitment?

The duration of Living in Light Course is 12 weeks. You should expect to spend 3 minutes to 1 hour a day on the practices given.

Your time will be spent diving into the videos sent out on a Monday and coming along to the coffee mornings or watching it later on replay.

    Is this suitable for all levels even If I haven't done any Kundalini yoga before?

    Yes, the nature of the teachings mean they can be adapted for all abilities and bodies.

    Is the course on demand because I have funny working hours and will need to do it at my own pace?  

    Yes, every Monday you will receive two videos that you can work through at your own pace and can easily fit around a busy working schedule. On Fridays we have a zoom coffee morning that is a live group chat, but if you can't make it we always send it out on replay.

    I'm not very good with self motivation, how will I keep myself going?

    I have a little community WhatsApp group that I love to encourage people in.

     

    And the support of others around you as well as the coffee morning check in once a week, is perfect for keeping you in the flow of things.

    I don't have much time, are the sessions easy to complete? 

    Yes, the course is perfect for busy people who don't have much time. Online learning is much more accessible for the modern day person wanting to fit stuff in around work and children etc. 

    All the sessions are on demand and can be watched at your own leisure and when it comes to the practice there are things that can be done in as little as 10 minutes.

    What if something comes up and I can’t complete the course?

    Kundalini can equip you to cope with most things in life, but if the shit really hits the fan, talk to us and we’ll be able to hold your place or work something out for a future course.
